We had them out several times for both AC and electrical work, and they're always courteous, prompt, and don't gouge you when the bill comes. Our ancient AC unit finally died this week, after having to be worked on 3 times in the past few months. They explained to us last time that they could keep fixing it, but it would cost us more in the long run (which I knew was true). The first time they came out they said we would need a new one before too long, but they weren't pushy about it in the least. They don't have the attitude of some service companies, where you get the impression they're looking for things to be wrong so they can hopefully scare you into getting something more expensive. All in all, I'm naturally suspicious of repair people, but I trust them and can recommend them without hesitation.
